Hello! I’m Melissa, a full-stack content designer who lovingly agonizes over user experience, brand consistency, and conversational voice.

I’m an American living in Berlin and currently work as a Senior UX Writer at Back Market. Previously, I’ve worked for HelloFresh, Bonial International, Booking.com, Eddie Bauer, and Microsoft.

The projects included here are just a small sample of artifacts from my career, which began as a newspaper reporter in 2001 and evolved into copywriting, and eventually UX writing/content design.
